Lucky me, I was invited to come down and train the volunteers adding Qigong to their meditation program, to go inside as a special guest teacher, and to teach at weekend meditation retreats with Inge von Wobeser in both 2016 and 2018.

Traveling in Argentina this winter with my husband we visited six National Parks of astounding beauty. Every time we stopped for photos I wanted to take on the qigong pose that this scenery was expressing for me.
